Before you dive
All NEW scuba participants are required to complete the medical questionnaire before entering the water.
If you answer “YES” to ANY question on Page 1, you must obtain medical clearance (Page 3 completed by your doctor) before your dive can proceed.
This process follows recognised recreational scuba diving medical screening standards and helps us make sure your experience is safe, comfortable and enjoyable.

Please arrange medical review with your GP and have Page 3 completed and signed by your doctor before diving can continue. We recommend this step prior to booking your course to avaoid cancellation fees. -
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll create your SDI student profile and release your eLearning.
As part of your registration, you’ll be asked to upload your completed medical questionnaire directly into the SDI portal.
If medical sign-off is required, please ensure your doctor-completed medical questionnaire is uploaded at this stage.

Our team will review your submitted paperwork before confirming you’re cleared to dive.

Any YES responses on Page 1 require doctor clearance before diving can continue.
Please organise medical appointments early to avoid delays or cancellation fees.
Your documents are uploaded securely through your SDI registration portal.
If medical clearance isn’t completed before your session, we may need to reschedule your dive.
