Focus on Static Apnea:
These bi-weekly sessions are all about static apnea training, held in a private home pool. The focus is on helping you improve your breath-hold techniques, build CO2 tolerance, and develop a deeper understanding of your body’s responses during a breath hold.
Relax and Set Goals:
We begin with 30 minutes of goal setting, relaxation, and stretching, helping you clear your mind and focus on the session ahead.
In-Water Training:
Spend 2 hours practicing static apnea, working with guided exercises, oxygen and CO2 tables, and warm-up routines. These sessions allow you to fine-tune your breath control and improve overall diving performance.
Debrief:
We conclude with a 20-minute debrief to reflect on your progress and set new goals for upcoming sessions.
